{One} Reading. This week I accepted a job as a School Psychologist with a new school system. The opportunity presented itself last month and has been such an unexpected blessing. I will be trading in an hour a commute for a twenty minute commute. In my new position, I will have the opportunity to split up my time between regular and special education students.
{Two} Munching On. Spinach Salad with Grilled Pork Tenderloin. I stepped out of my comfort zone with this one because I don't cook pork that often. I was thrilled with the way it turned out and am glad that I mixed it up from our regular chicken and fish dinner rotation. So was Joe! :)
{Three} Wishlist Worthy. Easy Antho Tees. I am slowly building my wardrobe with items that I love. My goal is to keep mainly to solid color pieces in a color way that is easily combined. Think shades of navy, white, green & pink. I have found that the few Anthropologie pieces I have seem to stay in my closet the longest since they withstand trends. This top is currently on the top of my wish list.
{Four} Currently Loving. I came across an old post by Mackenzie Horan of Design Darling which I found pretty simple yet brilliant. Everyone has had one of those days that starts on a bad note. These are simple things to do to make it a good day.
{Five} Coming Up. I'm looking forward to spending a low key weekend at home. Hoping the weather holds up so we can spend some time outside going for a hike and grilling out.
Love that precious list! Happy Friday, honeybun! xx
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new job!!! How exciting! I'm intrigued by this pork salad- looks delicious! Sometimes I'll do a pork loin in the crock pot on Sundays, I never thought about coupling it with spinach though. Awesome idea! Hope you have a great weekend!
